Vogeley brand opts for FAIRTRADE cocoa and wins Catering Star Award

Vogeley, a prominent dessert manufacturer, is transitioning its popular chocolate mousse and vanilla dessert sauce to Fairtrade cocoa and Fairtrade vanilla, showcasing its dedication to social responsibility and sustainability. The company's Mousse au Chocolat and Mousse au Chocolat blanc recently received silver and bronze awards, respectively, at the Catering Star Award.


Fair trade cocoa and vanilla

The delicious desserts are now a double delight: natural flavour thanks to bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and a clear conscience to boot: Farmers are paid fairly and producers are supported in a social, ecological and economic way.

With fairly traded cocoa and vanilla, Vogeley actively helps to improve the conditions of farmers and producers in the growing regions. Compliance with international Fairtrade standards promotes fairer trading practices, such as a stable income for farmers, and improves environmental protection.

Vogeley plans to gradually implement the switch to Fairtrade cocoa and vanilla in all Mousse au Chocolat products. Starting with mousse au chocolat followed by mousse au chocolat blanc.
